竹建筑师提供的文字说明。客户是一对一年中大部分时间都在帆船上航行穿过地中海岛屿的夫妇，他们要求我们在巴西东北部一个小村庄附近的公寓里设计一所用竹子装饰的房子。他们唯一的条件是我们要坚持预算，而且应该在10个月内完成。

The client, a couple who spent most of the year sailing through Mediterranean islands on a sailboat, asked us to design a house in an apartment near a small village in northeastern Brazil. Their only condition was that we stick to the budget and that it should be done within 10 months.

卧室的体量是用混凝土砌块的结构砌体建造的，形成了垂直的肋骨，竹棍板作为鱼骨排列，被放置在它们之间。竹板遮蔽了外墙，有助于建筑的热性能。

The volume of the bedroom is constructed with a structural masonry of concrete blocks, forming vertical ribs, with bamboo stick boards arranged as fish bones and placed between them. Bamboo panels shade the exterior walls and contribute to the building’s thermal performance.

除了从木材到竹子和天然石材的自然色托盘外，卧室体量还涂有地中海蓝色，这是客户多次乘船旅行所熟悉的颜色。

In addition to pallets of natural colours ranging from wood to bamboo and natural stone, the bedroom volumes are painted in Mediterranean blue, a colour familiar to the client from many boat trips.
